You must:

  • Remove all belongings and trash; empty the fridge
  • Clean all appliances inside and out
  • Ensure all appliances are in working order with parts intact
  • Repair any non-normal wall damage (holes, cracks, stains) to move-in condition
  • Cut the lawn and remove brush, clippings, and debris
  • Replace burnt-out light bulbs (except specialized bulbs)
  • Clean lint filters and change furnace/appliance filters if not done in the last 6 months
  • Leave the property in “broom swept” condition throughout
