Mow the lawn and remove or bag any brush, garden clippings, or debris piles. Contact the township for pickup of bagged items. Large tree limbs and fallen trees are the landlord’s responsibility. Any fines or violations received for overgrown yards or lack of maintenance are the tenant’s responsibility. If a court appearance is required, you would be responsible for payment for the time of one of our team members for representation on your behalf.
