Your rent is payable online through the tenant portal or by personal check or money order (after the initial payment for the first month’s occupancy). Rent is due on the first of each month. If you pay your rent online, you can either set up automatic recurring payments or initiate payment each month yourself. Please make sure that funds are available in your account before initiating your rent payment. Returned payment fees will apply and vary depending on the institution and there is a 5% late fee of the total balance due after the 10th of the month. Weekends and holidays are not exemptions to the rent payment deadlines. Please make sure that you plan accordingly to avoid late fees!
